Pricer.kz Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete your Pricer.kz account (Google Play package: kz.pricer.pricer) and all data associated with it.

Option 1. In the mobile app

1. Open the Pricer.kz app and sign in to your account.
2. Tap the menu icon in the top-left corner to open the side panel.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the panel and select "Удалить аккаунт" (Delete account).
4. Confirm the deletion in the dialog that appears.

Your account and all data are deleted immediately, and the app signs you out.

Option 2. On the web

1. Open app.pricer.kz and sign in to your account.
2. Open the side panel with your chat list.
3. At the bottom of the panel, select "Удалить аккаунт" (Delete account).
4. Type УДАЛИТЬ in the confirmation field and press "Удалить навсегда" (Delete permanently).

Your account and all data are deleted immediately.

Option 3. By email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to info@pricer.kz:

• from the email address the account is registered to;
• with the subject "Удаление аккаунта" (Account deletion).

We will process the request and delete the account within 30 days of receiving it. No additional documents are required — sending the request from the registered address is sufficient verification.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently erases:

Data	What it covers
Account	Email address, password hash, user identifier (UUID) in Supabase Auth
Chat history	All chat sessions, every message you sent, and every agent response
Search queries	The product queries stored in your chat history
Settings and files	User settings and any files saved in the app

This data cannot be recovered after deletion.

What is retained, and for how long

Server database backups are overwritten within 30 days, after which deleted data is gone from those as well.

Timelines

• Deletion via the app or web: immediate.
• Deletion by email request: up to 30 days.
• Full removal from logs and backups: up to 30 days.
