This Privacy Policy describes how Pricer.kz ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and discloses information when you use our mobile application, available on Google Play.
Pricer.kz is an AI-powered price comparison assistant that helps users find the cheapest prices for products across Kazakh online stores (Kaspi, Flip, Fmobile, Book24, Bookcity, Meloman, Shop.kz, HalykMarket, and others) by chatting with an AI agent.

When you sign up or sign in, we use Supabase Auth to manage your account. We collect: - Email address - A hashed password (if you sign up with email/password), or authentication tokens (if you sign in via a third-party provider) - A unique user ID (UUID) used to associate your data with your account
When you use the App, we process: - The messages/queries you send to the AI agent (e.g., product searches) - The agent's responses, including product names, prices, and links returned by the stores it searches - Chat session history and titles (derived from your first message in each conversation), so you can resume past conversations
Chat sessions are stored in a database on our server so you can view your conversation history across app launches.
Our backend records structured logs (e.g., request timestamps, error types, query metadata) for debugging, reliability, and abuse prevention. These logs do not include your password and are not sold or shared with advertisers.
We do not collect precise device location, contacts, camera/microphone data, or advertising identifiers. We do not run analytics SDKs or ad networks in the App.
We use the information described above to: - Authenticate you and keep your account secure - Operate the chat assistant and return relevant product/price results - Store and display your conversation history - Diagnose errors, monitor abuse (e.g., prompt injection attempts), and maintain service reliability - Communicate with you about your account, if necessary
The App relies on the following third-party services to function. Each processes a limited slice of your data as described:

These providers may process data on servers outside Kazakhstan. We do not sell your personal information to any third party, and we do not use your chat content for advertising.
Access to the App's backend requires a valid authentication token (JWT) issued by Supabase and verified on every request. Requests to view or modify a session are restricted to the account that owns it. All traffic between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/WSS).
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may: - Delete individual chat sessions from within the App - Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at adil.khashtamov@gmail.com - Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you by contacting us at the same address
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
